SRINAGAR: Six members of a family from a remote village in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir were hospitalised on Thursday after falling ill with symptoms of gastroenteritis and diarrhoea in a suspected food poisoning incident.
According to officials, the family reportedly became sick after consuming a wild vegetable. They were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where doctors are monitoring their condition. All patients are stated to be under medical observation.
