A fire broke out at ‘s cargo area in on Saturday afternoon. All have been temporarily suspended,The incident took place at around 2.15pm, Dhaka Tribune reported citing Biman Bangladesh Airlines spokesperson Kawser Mahmud,In view of this, an Indigo flight to Dhaka from Chennai was diverted to Kolkata. Another flight of Biman Bangladesh was cancelled.He informed that right after the incident, teams from the airport’s fire department, the Bangladesh air force fire unit, and other concerned agencies promptly reached the site and launched a coordinated operation to bring the fire under control.
